Michele Massi has served as the Director of The Mission Church Academy & Preschool since its inception in 2005. Under her direction our preschool has quickly become the premier standard of preschool education in the Hudson Valley. Michele received her professional training in Elementary Education, Psychology and Speech & Language Progression at Iona College, Mercy College and Cortland State University. She is highly respected by the parents who have entrusted their children to her care and deeply loved by the students she serves. Michele and her teaching staff are true professionals who consistently set a standard of excellence in the preschool education community. She is married to Guy and has four children. They make their home in Carmel, New York.

Marti became a member in 1997 and, although an RN by vocation, joined The Mission Church staff in 1999 as Outreach and Missions Secretary, a role in which she continues today. As a volunteer for the church, she serves as an Intercessor and Altar Worker, and administrates and serves as a teacher trainer in the Outreach Ministry of Evangelism Explosion. Marti is the Mission Committee Secretary and has coordinated numerous international missions trips overseas in association with Global Leadership Training in addition to administrating the requester periodical of Leadership Teaching Magazine published quarterly and made available free of charge to indigenous pastors and church leaders in the countries we serve through GLT. Marti is the widowed mom of three great adult sons, two of which are married to two amazing daughters-in-law and has two beautiful grandchildren, not to mention the numerous children’s children throughout East and West Africa who have come into the Kingdom as a result of the ministry of the Share Your Faith (SYF) Workshops she has been blessed to have been able to facilitate while on short term missions trips there. Audrey and her husband, Wayne, have been members since 1994 and have 3 children (Adam 18, Joshua 15 and Rachel 11). Everyone in the family is currently serving in some capacity in The Mission Church. Audrey started volunteering in the church office about 6 years ago which eventually led her to an almost full-time position as an assistant. She is also an MPact girls club leader, serves on the Benevolence Committee, serves as a supply coordinator for the kitchen and will generally help out whenever and wherever there is a need.
