Use of the Event Planning/Promo Form is limited to ministries who wish to request promotion for an event or activities already approved and on the church calendar.
Submissions are due at least 4 weeks before the initial event date.

Please complete the Save-the-Date form for your 2011 event/activity needs. This form will allow ministry heads to request up to 30 dates (addition dates may be submitted on a separate form). The form will be available from August 27, 2010 until November 1, 2010 at which time all requests will be reviewed and ministry heads notified of approvals, denials, request for additional information and conflicts prior to the new year.
Ministry heads needing to promote an activity or event that is already on the calendar should use the Event/Promo Form above.
