All throughout the world are men and women who love Jesus Christ and have given their lives to serve Him in Christian leadership. They are pastors, evangelists, missionaries, deacons, elders and church workers from a variety of backgrounds and denominations. Unfortunately, many of these fine leaders are serving God in developing countries that lack the resources needed to keep them effective. While it is true that many of them have completed biblical studies and attended Christian Universities, most cannot regularly access the materials or ongoing training opportunities to enhance their vision, encourage their spirit and sharpen their character.
Leadership Teaching Magazine exists to serve this need. Published quarterly by The Mission church, this 24 page periodical is mailed free of charge to thousands of pastors and church leaders around the world. Our aim is to provide rich, insightful teachings that are based upon biblically proven leadership principles to strengthen and inspire today’s devoted—yet struggling church leaders.
The following eight chapters are actual articles I have written for Leadership Teaching Magazine. I have chosen them, not only for their relevance to today’s leadership issues, but also for the prophetic power they have in stirring leaders to higher levels of passion and purpose. These teachings have had a great impact on our subscribers and address specific areas that every Christian leader must be attentive to.
