Pioneer Clubs is a ministry for boys grades PreK-5, focused on bringing Christ into every aspect of life.  Pioneer Clubs meet every Wednesday night in the upstairs classroom, as part of our church’s family night.  Each evening the Pioneer Club features the following aspects:

V       Large Group Bible Discovery – Adult leaders teach an exciting, interactive, scripturally based lesson to the boys in a large group format.  These lessons feature drama, role play and creative teaching methods

V       Activities and Games – Adult leaders organize fun, energetic and safe play for all the boys.  When weather permits we will head outside to allow the boys to experience the great outdoors!

V       Small Group Bible Lesson – During this time the boys for separated age appropriately (Pre K-2 in classroom 3 and Grades 3-5 in upstairs classroom) for maximum learning potential.  Caring adult leaders will teach a small group lesson based upon the same truths learned in the Large Group Discover Time, on a more personal, age appropriate level.

Throughout the year, the children will earn awards based upon their participation and completion of certain bible and life achievement skills.  Thus, at special points throughout the year, we will conduct award ceremonies to appropriately honor our boys in Pioneer Clubs and celebrate their award achievements.   

Besides our regular club nights, Pioneer Clubs will feature special events, Pinewood Car Derby, service projects and much more.
